Meet the Founder
Ana Williams is a B2B marketer with 20 years of experience. Before founding The Hook Studio, she led international marketing teams at high-growth tech companies—helping North American B2B organisations expand into EMEA and APAC, and later heading up a global growth marketing function.
Her passion for events—and the recognition that many B2B companies run them at a loss despite heavy investment—sparked the creation of The Hook Studio. Ana realised the issue wasn’t the events themselves, but the lack of strategy, clear brand intent, and team enablement. The Hook Studio was founded to change that: transforming events into powerful, results-driven growth opportunities.
In 2023, Ana was named one of the Top 30 Most Influential Marketers in B2B SaaS by Finite. Beyond her work at The Hook Studio, she mentors students through Founders4Schools and supports the Centre for the Prevention of Violence Against Women and Girls (CPVAWG) by helping grow their partnerships programme.
